Inner Peace

          The Inaugural light of Peace. World Peace through Inner Peace. This was the theme of this year's sky lantern festival.  May 24th 2013 was a very important date to us Ilonggos/Filipinos, Why? only because we are trying to beat the record of Romania who holds the record of most sky lanterns flown simultaneously with 12,740 lanterns. And guess what we did beat that, with 15,185 lanterns flown. We did it to Guinness World Record! hurray!
          And I'm very excited now to share you some photos of this breathtaking event.

Do It Yourself: Ombre Shorts

                     I was bored that day, so I decided to watch videos on youtube and DIY thing popped up on my mind searched for some do  it yourself ombre shirts since it's in this summer. Then I told my sister why not try doing it. And here's the outcome of my ombre shorts.

You will need:

a.) white short (mine, I cut my unused pants into shorts)

b.) dye (any color of your choice)

 What to do:

a.) Dissolve the dye on a boiling water and stir it thoroughly and make sure that dye is well dissolved. Then pour the liquid in the basin.

b.) Make sure your shorts is wet before you soak half of it on the solution. Wait for 10-15 minutes before you  get it out of the dye solution.

c.) After soaking half of the shorts, dip the other half of it with the different dye color just repeat the 2nd step.

d.) After all doing these steps, just let it dry and presto! you're done! :)

Cheers for the Debutant!

                         Celebrating your birthday with your loved ones is one of the best part of our lives that happen once a year. A very good friend of mine or shall I say my sister from another mother just celebrated her adulthood last March. Krizelle Jean Cabuslay is the name.

                         Damires Hills, a secret paradise, where we swam until 7 pm but the plan was until 4 pm only. nyahaha! And Unplanned overnight at Krizelle's place with Jen, and Aira just happened. True! Unplanned are more fun than planned ones. Special Valentine Celebration

                    It's been a while since I last posted something here. So here I am again posting about how I celebrated Valentine's Day with my loves. Valentine's Day is not only all about two people celebrating hearts day.
                   Last thursday the EVS girls organized a simple Special Valentine Celebration in EVS Dormitory. Fun and Games were present too. Food, Food, Food will never be absent. Haha. There were pizza, spaghetti, Brazos de Mercedes, and fruit punch. (Hmmmm... yummy! :)) Here are some photos we had during the party:

happy birthday SISTER!! :)

         
     Hey! it's my sister's today. She's turning 20 oh! time flies too fast. I remember when we were kids my lola used to scold me for not calling my sister ate I just call her by her name. haha! maldita mode eh. LOL

     But now I can't tell her how thankful I am to have her as my sister because she can join me on "baliw baliwan" haha! We have the same interests like in terms of clothing, gadgets and etc. Maybe because she's just 2 years older than me. Big changes happen as we grow old, we are not cats and dogs anymore that quarrel everyday because of very small things. You know kids very short minded. Now that we are matured-thinker enough to understand things.She's not only a sister to me also a bestfriend, I can tell her now things that bothers me.

  I just wanna say thank you for spoiling me.haha! joke! Thank you for riding my trip because I know you already feel being a fangirl and you are worser than me.haha! LOVE YOU sister :) ♥

 PS: hindi po ako mahilig magsulat gaya nito.haha!
